We work hard, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
We are here to normalize a workout with a beer afterwards.
There is a shortfall in the fitness world that exists because there is not an emphasis on long-term sustainability. Workouts should be quick, goals should be difficult yet realistic, and we should reward ourselves when we reach them. Somewhere along the way we lost ourselves in short-term challenges that are either too easy or too constraining. We complete them, but do not make lasting change. We're here to change that.
Cocoon is rooted in hourly high-intensity classes throughout the day. Think CrossFit, but less intimidating than you may know it. We work out with intensity -- not necessarily because we enjoy it, but because that's simply the way to get the most accomplished in the shortest amount of time. The workouts are difficult but adjusted to each person's ability level. We believe in rewarding accomplishment, and a cold beer goes a long way.
COMING SOON: Cocoon Tasting Room
We'll be holding classes and accepting new members while simultaneously building out our new beer tasting room, which will be completed Spring 2022. "Fitness and a beer" is coming.
